北京化大科技园科技发展中心是由北京化工大学出资成立的独立法人实体，是北京化工大学科技园管理委员会直接领导下的科技园各项业务运作的具体实施机构，与科技园管委会办公室合属办公。代表学校全面负责化大科技园基础建设与园区管理工作；负责协调科技园与地方、学校各部门的关系；负责高科技项目的筛选与孵化与技术转移工作。
